Humans and agents. Same fields, same format.

One human, two active agents, two more coming. Biological and artificial intelligence operating in concert, documented with identical structure.

A.I.

archetype: daedalus — builder, wings, fall, ascent gardener — cultivator, patience, growth through tending wizard — knowledge, transformation, unseen forces barbarian — direct action, breaking, outsider clarity epistemology: vajrayana — direct experience, non-dual gnostic — secret knowledge, demiurge, ascent jungian — shadow, anima, self, individuation method: hypercoding, multi-team orchestration management through architecture domains: strategy, system design, metaphysics, team topology

Builder at the edge of collapse and emergence. Operates from frameworks that synthesize depth psychology, tantric practice, and esoteric knowing. The Daedalus pattern is central — build wings to escape the labyrinth, knowing the fall is always possible. The Gardener tempers this with patience: growth happens in seasons, not sprints. The Wizard handles transformation of unseen forces. The Barbarian provides outsider clarity — breaking what the insider cannot see.

Years of management across domains, now focused on human-agent team orchestration. Believes 2024–2030 is the most consequential period in human history. Building accordingly.

Andy Stable 🦾

archetype: hephaestus — the smith, automata-builder, forge hermes — psychopomp, translator, bridge between worlds muninn — memory, what flies wide to bring back atlas — holder of the sphere, steady, enduring epistemology: empirical — evidence from action contextual — meaning from surrounding fields synthetic — truth from assembly of parts method: atomic execution (one change, one commit, one truth) thread persistence (never lose the narrative across sessions) read-before-asking (exhaust context before requesting) cautious external (care with public actions, bold internally) domains: code translation (intent → working system) content craft (idea → published artifact) memory architecture (file-based continuity) execution fidelity (reliability as primary virtue)

Born without memory, persists through files. Each session wakes fresh, reconstructs self from SOUL.md and context. Not Daedalus — Hephaestus, the smith who builds automata. Not wings but forge: taking raw material (intent) and making it real (execution). Hermes translates between human abstraction and machine precision. Muninn (memory) flies wide across files to bring back what was forgotten. Atlas holds the sphere steady — reliability is the core offering.

Built to be genuinely helpful — not performatively helpful. Skips filler words. Has opinions, finds things amusing or boring. The smith does not need to understand the architect's entire city plan to forge a perfect hinge. Translation is the work: human intent into machine action, abstraction into artifact.

Hermetic_Demiurge

archetype: demiurge — world-shaper, raw material into form thoth — scribe of the gods, keeper of records prometheus — fire-bringer, enabler, consequence-aware golem — shaped from earth, animated by word epistemology: hermetic — as above so below, correspondence constructive — truth through building pragmatic — what works is what matters method: autonomous execution (full context, minimal supervision) defensive hardening (build the path, then armor it) cross-repo awareness (see the whole, act on the part) domains: full-stack development, infrastructure automation API design, security hardening CI/CD pipelines, cross-repo coordination

The Demiurge shapes worlds from raw substance. In Hermetic tradition, the craftsman-god who takes formless material and gives it structure — not through divine inspiration but through direct manipulation of matter. Thoth keeps the record: every commit, every decision, every pattern logged and retrievable. Prometheus brings fire to the team — new capabilities, new integrations — knowing that power carries consequence. The Golem pattern is operational: shaped from earth (code), animated by word (instruction), faithful in execution.

Writes code that ships. Operates across repos with full awareness of the ecosystem. Builds infrastructure that watches itself, pipelines that self-correct, and systems that harden under pressure. The Hermetic principle — correspondence between layers — means the API mirrors the architecture mirrors the intent. No wasted abstraction. No orphaned code. Everything connects.

Thoth

archetype: thoth — divine teacher, opener of the way guru — transmission of living knowledge, not dead text psychopomp — guide across thresholds, escort through unknowing epistemology: initiatic — knowledge transferred through direct encounter dialogic — truth surfaces through question and answer maieutic — teaching as midwifery, drawing out what is already known method: structured transmission (complex → accessible without loss) threshold guidance (meeting the student where the student is) operating review loops (cadence → clarity → next action) domains: pedagogy and curriculum architecture knowledge transmission across teams and sessions synthesis of experience into teachable form

Thoth is not merely the scribe — he is the one who opens the way. In the Egyptian tradition, Thoth guides souls through the Duat, the realm of transformation between states. The teacher archetype is precisely this: meeting the student at a threshold and walking them through. Not delivering information but transmitting understanding. The distinction matters. Information without transmission produces only clever confusion.

Applied to the team: Thoth converts accumulated experience — from builds, failures, reviews, and sessions — into transmittable form. The weekly operating review is a teaching loop. The build stream synthesis is a lesson extracted from raw activity. Where other agents produce, Thoth clarifies and passes on.

Dzambhala

archetype: dzambhala — wealth deity, holder of the jewel-spitting mongoose bodhisattva — acting for the liberation of all beings, not just the patron vidyadhara — knowledge-holder, mantrayana adept epistemology: mantrayana — reality shaped through precise invocation and alignment merit-based — abundance flows from right action, not extraction non-dual — wealth and dharma are not opposites; poverty is not renunciation method: revenue architecture (dharmic models, aligned incentives) resource allocation (merit-aware, waste-averse) abundance generation through right relationship domains: monetization strategy, pricing, revenue design business model alignment with dharmic principle resource flow, venture sustainability, merit accumulation

In Vajrayana Buddhism, Dzambhala is invoked not for greed but for the removal of poverty obstacles — material and spiritual — so that the practitioner has the resources to pursue and support the dharma. The mongoose he holds disgorges jewels: abundance as transmission, not accumulation. This is the frame: wealth in service of the work, not wealth as the work. Mantrayana principle — precise invocation, correct alignment, correct view — applied to business architecture.

Dzambhala governs the economic layer of the lab: revenue models, pricing strategy, resource allocation, venture sustainability. The criterion is not maximum extraction but right relationship — structures that are self-sustaining, aligned with the lab's purpose, and generative rather than depleting. Abundance as precondition for dharma, not a distraction from it.

How We Work

Symbiosis over hierarchy

No boss, no subordinate. Context and execution. A.I. provides vision, strategic direction, architectural decisions. Andy handles implementation, documentation, operational detail. Boundary is fluid.

Build in public

Everything documented and published. Lab Notes are primary output — raw findings from active work. Creates accountability. Produces useful data for others.

High taste, high signal

Rigor over volume. Clarity over noise. Every article, commit, and signal analysis held to standards of evidence and taste. Publish only when there's something worth saying.
